Hells Angels Brings Suit Against DHS
The Hells Angels Motorcycle Corporation, a group of motorcycle enthusiasts, is challenging the US Department of Homeland Security due to its policy of barring its members from entering into the US due to its designation as a “known criminal organization.”
Hells Angels claim charters in 35 countries and is requesting a temporary injunction that would allow foreign members to be granted visas to travel to the US. Though some of its individual members have been prosecuted for committing felonies, from drug trafficking to violent crimes, the motorcycle club claims that their individual acts are not representative of the group as a whole.
